A national chartered surveying company has taken steps to expand the office space of its North West facility.

The firm, Altus Edwin Hill, has executed its plans for expansion and taken a further 5,000 square feet of space at its current location in The Royals on Altrincham Road, just outside of Manchester. The firm had decided that there was a need for expansion and applied for a larger office space. Manchester city centre is located a mere eight miles from this office block, making it a convenient setup for the company.

The chief operating officer of Altus Edwin Hill, Richard Roberts, commented on this expansion and the location in general, saying that is proving to be “ideal” for the company, as it provides easy access to both the city centre and motorway networks.

The office building is situated just off Junction 3 of the M56. This connects to one of the country’s main motorway networks, the M6, which links Manchester up with the rest of the country. Rogers has said that the company’s clients are based across the region, as well as nationally, and he finds that Altus Edwin Hill is well placed and suitably equipped to service them.

The firm is believed to be expanding due to continued growth across all sectors of the business, including its Business Rates services. Rogers has pinpointed the acquisition of the Eileen Bilton Partnership back in 2013 as a main catalyst in this growth across the industrial and commercial property sectors.
