Before setting up TSG Property Consultants, Trevor was a European Director of Jones Lang LaSalle and head of the office agency team covering the North West of England.

Trevor has been involved with most of Manchester new office buildings including the very successful Belvedere and Spinningfields office developments. Trevor has also acted for a number of corporate clients including Sainsbury’s, The Prudential, The Co Op, The General Medical Council, Marsh, Baker Tilly, Clyde & Co and Barclays Bank to name but a few.

What was your first ever job?
I was an office junior at Edward Erdman, the London property agency that is probably best known for selling The Ritz.

And your first deal?
Surprisingly after 30 years, I can still remember that I managed to lease 2,160 sq ft at Oxford Court on Upper Richmond Road in Putney. I felt ten feet tall.

What about your biggest deal?
Paying my children’s school fees!

And the one that got away?
Far too many to remember. I get too emotional to talk about them.

Outside of property, what makes you happy?
Spending time with my family, keeping up to date with my daughter’s hectic life at University and watching my son play sport – any sport, but ideally one that he’s good at.

Any heroes?
A couple. Martin Johnson and Severiano Ballesteros. Both great sportsmen who ask for total commitment, because that’s what they give. I like that approach.
