As the sector for property consultancy makes a rapid recovery, especially in Manchester, two experienced property consultants have teamed up to form TSG Property. The owners, Trevor Sloan and Andrew Gardiner are former employees of Jones Lang LaSalle, a company which specialises in global real estate service and investment management.
Following three years of global economic downturn, the City is now enjoying a huge increase in demand for office space in Manchester, being second only to London. Manchester city centre’s property sector recovery is responsible for the employment of over 1500 people.
A scheme with 100,000 square feet of office space, situated at the Royal Exchange, situated in Cross Street in Manchester is just one of the projects won by TSG Property. The company has also gained roles in an advisory capacity for a university and two supermarket companies. Trevor Sloan said:
“Andrew and I have 50 years’ experience between us, and we’re keen to make TSG the property consultancy of choice, especially for smaller companies who need property advice.”
He further added:
“We’ve both worked with some of the biggest property consultancies in the world including Jones Lang La Salle and GVA. What clients want is considered advice, and service.”
