TSG Property Consultants have been appointed by the Prupim on Manchester Royal Exchange. The building have approx 80,000 sq ft currently available on floor plates of approx 16,000 each.
Trevor Sloan confirmed that the recet appointment follows a long term involvement in the building which offers good quality office accommodation in an excellent location for staff. The first floor and reception areas have recently been fully refurbished and it is the Landlords intention to continue with these works throughout the rest of the building.
