TSG Property Consultants are pleased to announce that after being appointed by Orchard Street Investment Management to market Building 5400 on Cheadle Royal, they have sold the building to the Jarden Corporation who will occupy the building as their new European Headquaters.
Trevor Sloan commented that at 30,000 sq ft this is was one of the largest deals to be completed in South Manchester in 2013.
Edwards and Co acted jointly with TSG Property Consultants and Cushman and Wakefield acted for the purchaser.
